At Soorya Namaskara Alliance, we study and research Soorya Namaskara with the help of the latest developments in science and technology.
We study the effects of Soorya Namaskara on mind, body and the energy system using the latest research published by renowned Researchers, Institutes and Universities.
We are a network of 10 Registered Soorya Namaskara Schools (RSNS) and more than 100 Registered Soorya Namaskara Teachers (RYT) as of January 2021.
We foster and support the high quality, safe, accessible, and equitable teaching of Soorya Namaskara.
We also undertake and participate in various research projects conducted by major universities and institutes to study the effects of Soorya Namaskara on various chronic conditions and diseases.

Celebrating and uplifting the many diverse styles, traditions, and lineages of Soorya Namaskara Advocating for self-regulation in the Soorya Namaskara industry and universal access to high quality, safe, accessible, and equitable Soorya Namaskara practices Upholding the worldwide growth of Soorya Namaskara through education and community Encouraging safe Soorya Namaskara instruction via quantitative standards and a member-wide Ethical Commitment, which includes an enhanced Code of Conduct, new Scope of Practice, and responsibility to equity in Soorya Namaskara Serving the member community by providing tools for professional growth and development, exclusive benefits, and timely resources and information including those on COVID-19 and Social Justice Fostering accountability by encouraging members to provide fair and full feedback on RSNSs Advocating for the Soorya Namaskara community’s protection from unfair or unnecessarily burdensome patents, taxation, or government regulation and Providing Soorya Namaskara schools and Soorya Namaskara teachers with effective business practices to help achieve success.
